We offer the first consultation free of charge to ensure that all founders and business owners, regardless of growth stage, are provided access to helpful resources to aid their growth journey.

What is Frenyc’s pricing for founders?We offer a wide range of services to serve the gamut of challenges that founders and small businesses face. Naturally, this means that we do not have a menu card pricing model. We generally work in lockstep with the founder to figure out a pricing structure that works for their specific needs.

Can I do an equity structure for advisory shares instead of fixed fee engagements?We have worked with founders in the past on both a fixed fee model as well as an equity model. Our future engagements will offer these as well, and be commensurate with the risk associated with the phase of the business at the time of engagement.

Does Frenyc have a startup accelerator?Frenyc offers support in pitch decks and fundraising efforts, which often overlap with startup accelerator applications (e.g. Y Combinator, Sequoia, etc.). Our advise is always holistic, and we understand that startup accelerators may not be the best path for everyone. We take a clean sheet approach to ensure founders get access to all the resources that may be beneficial to them, and put them in the driver’s seat to navigate.

Does Frenyc invest in startups?Our angel syndicate continually evaluates startups for investment needs on an ongoing basis. If we believe that an angel led round is best suited for your phase of growth, we will advise accordingly. This is not a necessary or obligatory criterion for partnering with us at an advisory level.
